Who is responsible

For UK enquiries, the responsible Verovian entity is Verovian Consultancy Limited. For US enquiries, it is Verovian Consultancy LLC. For a selected international enquiry, the responsible entity will be confirmed when the relevant team responds.

What this corporate site collects

The employer enquiry form sends the details you provide to Verovian over HTTPS. These may include your name, organisation, work email, phone number, recruitment market, profession and message. The website saves a private enquiry record and queues an email notification to the relevant team. Website enquiry records are removed after 90 days; correspondence held by the receiving team is handled under the retention approach below. If online submission is unavailable, you can choose to send the message through your own email application or copy it. We also process a temporary hash of the connection address to limit abuse; it is cleared after ten minutes or a service restart. Do not include patient information, candidate CVs or unnecessary special-category personal data.

If you book a meeting, you leave this site for book.verovian.com. That service may process the information needed to schedule your meeting.

Why information is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, assess a recruitment requirement, arrange a conversation and maintain appropriate business records. Depending on the context and jurisdiction, processing may rely on steps taken at your request, performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent or legitimate business interests.

Analytics and device storage

This site stores your region and cookie choices in your browser. Optional analytics is loaded only after consent and only when a measurement property is configured. We do not use advertising cookies on this corporate site. See the cookie notice.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared with the relevant Verovian entity, specialist division and service providers needed to respond to you. Where information crosses borders, Verovian will apply the protections required by the applicable law.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, recruitment relationship, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; to portability; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a regulator.
